Leading women.
Rooted in truth.
A Bible study for Pink Sales Directors and Consultants who want their faith
and their work to be the same story.
Come one, come all. Whatever your history with church or the Bible looks like (good, complicated, or nonexistent), you're welcome here. This is a safe place to be real, ask questions, and grow.

Our Mission
Helping women grow spiritually while leading with excellence.
TWO PATHS
Director's Bible Study
Running for more than 20 years, built for women leading women.
Consultant's Bible Study
A place to start or deepen your walk with Jesus alongside your Mary Kay business.
WHY THIS EXISTS
Think about how a vine grows. One that's watered for it, drop by drop, never has to work for what it needs, so its roots stay shallow. But a vine that has to stretch for its own water grows roots deep enough to survive anything. That's what this study is for: helping women grow roots strong enough to hold in any season, and steady enough, eventually, to feed someone else.
THE VERSE BEHIND IT ALL
"Well done, good and faithful servant."
Matthew 25:14-30
It's the same verse Mary Kay Ash personally wrote on a dollar bill and handed to the leaders who helped build this company. It's been the anchor of this study since day one.

Our Story
In May 2004, Marcia picked up the phone and called Dawn with something she felt God had put on her heart: it was time to start a Bible study for Mary Kay Sales Directors.Dawn said no. She was exhausted: becoming a National Sales Director had been a grueling, years-long process, and she didn't have anything left to give. Almost as soon as she hung up, she felt it: wrong answer. She called Marcia back. "I'll do it," she said, "but I need your help, and we need to start with Experiencing God."Tina and Beth were there from the very first meeting, and they've been part of this ministry ever since. That was 22 years ago. What started as one small group has grown into a study spanning the country. And in the last year, Tina and Beth launched a second track for Mary Kay Consultants, because the hunger for women wanting to know God more had outgrown what any of us were expecting. This has never been about a program. It's about women learning to root themselves in God directly, not in a mentor, a pastor, or a program, but in Him. And once that happens, everything else (a Mary Kay business, a marriage, a family, a life) gets to be easier, because He's the one carrying it.
The Verse Behind It All

In 1988, at New Director Training, Mary Kay Ash handed a room of new leaders a single dollar bill. On it, she'd written: "Matthew 25:14-30. Love, Mary Kay."It's the Parable of the Talents: the story of a master who trusted his servants with what he owned, and the one thing he wanted to hear at the end: "Well done, good and faithful servant."We've spent more than two decades asking why she chose that verse for us, specifically. We're still finding new answers. But we know this much: it's why this study exists, and it's the verse every new session still begins with.
About
OUR MISSION & VISION

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to create a safe space: a place for women to be real and vulnerable as they walk out their faith. No matter your background, no matter your history with church or religion, good or bad, you're welcome here. We exist to help you be in a relationship with Jesus, or to grow that relationship in a clearer, more dynamic way in every part of your life.
OUR VISION
Think about how a vine grows. A vine that's watered artificially, drop by drop, never has to work for what it needs, so its roots stay shallow and weak. But a vine that has to stretch for its own water grows roots deep enough to survive a drought, a storm, anything.A lot of us have been living like the first kind of vine: fed only in drips, by a mentor, a pastor, a program, another person. Our vision is to help women grow the second kind of roots: deep, God-fed, strong enough to hold in any season, and strong enough, eventually, to feed someone else.
“Remember, you aren't feeding the root; the root is feeding you.”Romans 11:18
About
What We Believe
We believe the Word of God is true from start to finish: inspired, complete, with nothing added and nothing taken away.We believe we are all sinners in need of a Savior. God created a perfect world; humanity chose disobedience, and that brought sin into the world. It required God's Son, Jesus, to come as an atoning sacrifice. He lived, He died, and He rose again. Our hope and our trust is in Him. When we put our faith in Jesus, we receive eternal life, and we begin walking out that relationship as He molds and transforms us. There's nothing we can do to earn that salvation: it comes only through faith and hope in Jesus.
How We Hold This
That's what we believe, without hedging. How you walk it out may look different than the woman next to you: you may attend a church with a pastor in robes, or one with someone on a stage in jeans. You may have been baptized as a baby or as a teenager. Those differences aren't what we spend our time on here. What we hold in common is bigger than what makes us different, and that's created a space where women from every background feel safe.
